Setting up Pipex Business Broadband connection couldn't be easier. You will need:

• Your PC or MAC with a CD ROM drive
• A BT or similar phone line as you need to be connected to a BT ADSL enabled exchange
• A modem if you are installing a single connection, or a router for multi-computer connections. We recommend the Thomson SpeedTouch 585v for our ADSL2+ broadband packages. You can purchase upon ordering any Pipex Business broadband package online or by phone.
• A broadband microfilter. We supply you with two microfilters free of charge upon ordering any Pipex Business broadband package. All you need to do is plug your phone into the microfilter and use as normal.
• Although installation of Pipex Broadband is straightforward, if you prefer we can arrange for a skilled engineer to assist you with installation at a time that's convenient for you. This service includes speed optimisation of your existing internal telephone connections and cabling to ensure the highest possible connection speeds are attained. In some cases, replacing of old wiring can effectively double your broadband speed. Engineer assisted installation also covers router configuration, network cabling and internet setup for up to 3 computers. Additional computers can also be setup if necessary. Benefit from engineer assisted installation for just £50 + VAT.
  
  Please note: We will endeavour to help you connect to Pipex Business even if you are using equipment that has been supplied by a different provider, however if do we run into difficulty, you may need to refer back to the original manufacturer.

Configuring your Pipex Business voice package is also simple. You require:

• An active telephone line where the line rental is provided and invoiced by BT.
• A UK compatible telephone handset.
