Our up to 24Mb download speed allows you to benefit from the fastest fixed line broadband service currently available to your business. ADSL2+ technology provides a more consistent platform for broadband and for most, an increase in speed.

Please note that actual speed varies and is dependent on a number of factors including distance from the BT exchange. If your local BT exchange is not able to support our up to 24Mb service, then we will provide the equivalent up to 8Mb service.

With the power of ADSL2+, our standard upload speed of up to 1.3Mbps is up to 4 times faster than standard ADSL, allowing you to rapidly upload and transfer content, including large files and email attachments such as images and videos via the internet.

Allows you to benefit from upstream speeds of up to 2.5Mb. Enhanced Upstream enables you to upload files up to ten times faster than standard ADSL broadband. Increased upstream speed allows data from your PC to be uploaded faster onto our network so it can be rapidly transferred to its desired recipients including websites and databases.

In order to increase the upload speed for the Enhanced Upstream product, we must use some of the frequencies that were previously used for downloading. This may decrease your download speed by a small percentage.

All Pipex Business packages (except for Pipex Lite) are unlimited. This means that we do not impose any restrictions on your usage. Download all the data you require from the internet as well as email and the use of applications such as VoIP and video streaming.

Pipex Business Lite comes with unlimited daytime usage, which means that we do not impose any restrictions on your usage between the hours of 11pm to 6pm the following day. Use the internet as your business needs to during this time, including the sending and receiving of emails, video streaming and VoIP calls.

During the hours of 6pm to 11pm, Pipex Business Lite has a 25GB monthly usage allowance. If this is exceeded in any month, then additional blocks of 3GB are charged at £3 + VAT each.

You will receive network priority over other non business users. This means that during peak hours you connection will remained unaffected by any high-levels of traffic.

Premium and Premium Plus come with assured bandwidth rates of either 200Kbps or 500Kbps respectively. This means that real-time, bandwidth dependent applications such as VoIP will run day or night without being effected by network congestion.

All our packages include a static IP address as standard. A static IP address is required should you require to host a website, mail server or file server on your own computer. It is also necessary if you use certain VPN or conferencing applications.

All Pipex Business packages come with the option of Pipex Business Call which includes 500 minutes of calls to UK landlines each month .This includes calls to UK numbers starting in 01, 02 and 03.

This package offers swift turnaround times in the unlikely event that something goes wrong. Your fault will be logged and escalated to the correct department immediately and a resolution will be reached within 10 hours.

If, for whatever reason this cannot be met, we will offer you a full month's refund. The refund applies to the value of one month's broadband subscription (product that you are subscribed to) including the cost of Enhanced Care. Only one month's refund will be offered in the event of multiple errors occurring within the same monthly billing cycle.

Enhanced Care is available for an extra £10.56 a month and can be subscribed to on a month by month basis.

This service includes speed optimisation of your existing internal telephone connections and cabling to ensure the highest possible connection speeds are attained. In some cases replacing of old wiring can effectively double your broadband speed. It also covers router configuration, network cabling and internet setup for up to 3 computers. Additional computers can also be setup if necessary. Benefit from engineer assisted installation for just £50 + VAT.
